COVID-19 Update

As promised, as of today we are MASSIVELY expanding our FREE contactless drop off to cover over half of the Niagara region until the fall!

This includes: Crystal Beach, Black Creek, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Niagara Falls, Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ridgeway, Sherkston, St. Catharine’s, Stevensville, Thorold, Wainfleet and Welland!

On March 17, 2020, the Government of Ontario announced that it was taking decisive action against COVID-19 by declaring an emergency under s 7.0.1 (1) the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act. In doing so, Ontario is using every power possible to continue to protect the health and safety of all individuals and families. Please read below for all information pertaining to Lovebee Products and COVID-19 during this time.

Business Status: Open For Business Online

As an essential business that provides supplies and support to health and health care, Lovebee Products remains open online. All physical markets, events and shows have been postponed or cancelled until further notice.

Shipping: Canada Wide (with some delays)

As long as Canada Post remains open and it is safe to ship products we will continue to do so. At this time there are reports of short delays of one – three days on deliveries. We also are continuing our free local delivery and drop off program. For local drop offs, we will drop off your package on your doorstep, knock and/or ring the doorbell and leave. Signatures will not be require for packages at this time.

Shipping To USA & Mexico Temporarily Suspended

Due to international shipping restrictions and safety protocols, at this time we are temporarily suspending shipping to the USA and Mexico until further notice.

Our Commitment To Health & Safety

While health and safety have always been our highest priorities even before COVID-19, we have additional measures in place to further help protect your products and orders. All orders are currently handled by a maximum of just two people before being shipped. Compared to large stores where items are handled by numerous individuals during receiving and restocking and exposed to multiple hundreds of people doing daily shopping, shopping online and shipping from Lovebee is exponentially safer.
