What it is
Aloe Vera Powder starts as the same aloe vera juice used in our liquid formulas, then has the water gently removed, leaving a concentrated powder that carries aloe’s character in a more compact form.
Where it comes from and how it’s made
It comes from the same Aloe barbadensis plant and inner-leaf fillet as liquid aloe vera juice. After the juice is filtered, it’s freeze-dried — a gentle drying process that removes the water while preserving more of the plant’s character than heat-drying would.
What it does in a formulation
Once it’s part of a finished product, Aloe Vera Powder does the same job as liquid aloe vera juice — it just lets us capture aloe’s presence in formulas that call for less added water.
