Colourants

Overview

Colour can make a product feel a little more special, but at Lovebee, it should always come from a source we feel good about. We do not use synthetic dyes or artificial colourants. Instead, any colour in our products comes from naturally colourful ingredients such as clays, botanicals, plant powders, and oils.

Ingredients like beetroot powder and rosehip powder can add soft, earthy shades of pink, red, or peach, while clays and other mineral-rich ingredients create warm, natural tones. As these colours come from nature, they may vary slightly from batch to batch or soften over time. We see that as part of their charm, not a flaw.

We use natural colourants sparingly and only when they suit the formula. They are chosen not only for how they look, but also for how they behave in the finished product and how well they align with our commitment to simple, thoughtful ingredients.
