How to use Natural Vegan Foaming Hand Soap

NOTE: Shake gently before use. Some separation of natural ingredients is normal as we don't use any synthetic stabilizers.
Each of our foaming hand soaps needs to be opened before first use by turning the pump head 90 degrees (a quarter turn) to the left. Once the "throat" or raised section below the pump head is aligned with the small opening in the lid the pump can easily be pushed down to dispense the soap.
Once unlocked, simply press the pump head down repeatedly until desire amount of soap is dispensed.

Product Precautions

Products are for external use only.
With the exception of undiluted essential oils, please do a "skin patch test" for sensitivity before using any products in full measure.
Cease use of product immediately if skin rash or irritation occurs.
Please always keep products out of reach of children when not in use.
Some products may contain traces of nuts or nut oils.

Caring for your Lovebee products

The little things make a big difference. Taking good care of the products that take care of you means you get their full benefits, for as long as they last. Below is a little more info to help you get the best use from your products.

Storage

As much as possible, keep Lovebee products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Between 10 and 22 °C (50 to 72 °F) is ideal. Stored this way, your products keep their freshness, benefits and appearance for their whole shelf life.

Balms, butters & creams

Products with more oil in them melt more easily. Lip balms and butters, for example, should never be left in a hot car or purse. A melted product can be re-hardened in the fridge. It may look a little different (cloudier, say) but keeps its benefits.

Shelf life

Using products within their shelf life ensures both your satisfaction and your safety.

Where there’s room on the packaging, you’ll find a number followed by a capital M: the “period after opening”, the longest a product should be used after you open it. 12M, for example, means use it within twelve months of opening.

Past that date a product isn’t necessarily unsafe (under the right conditions, beard and body oils can stay in great condition for years), but some ingredients lose their properties over time, so for the best experience we recommend sticking to it. Since we keep stock very low and make products fresh, you can trust that number.

Natural Preservatives

Lovebee products are made fresh in small batches without synthetic preservatives. Products that require a preservative system to safety sell use natural/naturally derived ingredients that have been tested and proven to control rancidity and keep bacteria, mould and other microorganisms out for the product’s whole shelf life.

Using your products

As with any product, always use your Lovebee products with clean hands (we have a lovely selection of soaps for that!). For creams, we recommend washable or eco-friendly biodegradable cosmetic applicators.
