Essential Oils

Overview

Essential oils are highly concentrated aromatic compounds extracted from plants, including their flowers, leaves, peels, roots, woods, and resins. They carry the natural scent of the plant they come from, which is why they can smell bright and citrusy, soft and floral, deep and earthy, or fresh and herbal.

At Lovebee, we use essential oils to create scent naturally, rather than relying on synthetic fragrance. We choose them carefully, use them in appropriate amounts, and consider how each oil performs within a formula. Some essential oils also bring their own naturally occurring properties, but their main role in many of our products is to create a thoughtful, balanced scent experience.

As essential oils are powerful, more is not always better. We follow safe usage guidelines and may avoid certain oils in products made for young children, sensitive skin, or specific applications. We also offer unscented options for those who prefer to skip added scent entirely.
